Nexara is an android science company. We do not sell to consumers. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, license or supply anything to anyone; commercial terms exist only in a signed agreement.

What this site is for

The site is informational. It describes what we are building, publishes our position on android science, lists open roles, and gives you four ways to reach us.

Technical claims — degrees of freedom, channel counts, synchronisation precision, benchmark layers — describe systems under development. They are engineering targets and current figures, not warranties, and they will change. Do not rely on any figure here for a purchasing, investment or engineering decision without confirming it with us in writing.

Forward-looking statements about roadmap, capability or timing are not promises. Nothing on this site is investment advice or an offer of securities.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it or to any system connected to it, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to submit anything to our forms that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.

You agree not to scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, and not to use automated systems to submit our forms.

What you send us

When you submit an enquiry or a job application, you confirm that the information is accurate, that it is yours to send, and that sending it does not breach anyone else's confidence or rights.

Do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the forms on this site. Anything you send outside a signed non-disclosure agreement is received on a non-confidential basis, and we are free to use it without obligation to you. If you want to talk under NDA, say so first and send nothing until one is in place.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, diagrams, logos, and the "Nexara Industries", "Nexa", "Nexus" and "NexCap" names — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

You may read the site, and quote short extracts with attribution for journalism, comment or research. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Nothing on this site grants any licence to any patent, trade mark, design or know-how. Licences are granted in writing, and only in writing.

Third-party links

Where the site links to somewhere we do not run, we do not control it and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability
